Humid earth, different shades of green, small fruits along the way… A true forest, alive and dynamic, a few meters from the BR-381 Highway, Fernão Dias. After entering the coffee plantation through the bumpy roads, at 1,100 meters of altitude, the landscape is impressive: a mosaic composed of coffee, banana, mahogany and avocado. A high layer of soil cover, numerous plants, and rainwater that rests and hydrates the biodiversity. At first, it may even seem confusing, but once you understand the function of each crop and tree, everything fits together perfectly.
